Hop Harvest at Wyre Croft, Herefordshire
Early September is the traditional time for hop picking in Herefordshire. This film was produced for the long established family business that produces both cider, from tree to bottle, as well as hops from their farm in Herefordshire.
Video Production Process
The project was planned in collaboration with the client and shot on location over a period of three days using adapted Canon DSLR cameras. The resulting footage was then edited in Adobe Premiere as well as Adobe Audition for the audio aspect, the voiceovers were recorded separately and then combined with the musical backing track and ambient audio in post production. Both English and German language versions were created.
The title sequence was shot using time-lapse photography early on a misty morning.
