Enterprise Business to Business Video
Part of a series of short business to business videos intended to inform existing and potential customers about various aspects of working with Enterprise Flex-E-Rent. This one is on the subject of the company’s transparent attitude to the costs incurred due to damage when returning a vehicle at the end of the rental period. This is regularly a concern for new customers who fear back-loaded hidden changes at the end of the contract, the video is intended to allay that fear.
This demonstrates the power of broadcasting such messages and illustrates the needs for a customer focused stance, viewing things their way and addressing possible questions or concerns. A business video is an ideal medium for this.
Shot on Canon C100 MKIIs and edited in Adobe Premiere and Audition. Shot in a small rental studio at Fleetwood Studios near Reading. The generic van image, with branding that was applied using Photoshop, was added in the background in post production. This gave a big studio feel without the expense, logistical burden and set-up time of including and lighting a vehicle in a much larger space. Lower thirds and animated quotes relating to pertinent points also added in post production.
