Selling With Woocommerce
A redesign of the Charles Martell e-commerce website. Renowned makers of fine cheese and artisanal spirits, we created his first e-commerce website back in 2011 and have been providing photography and web services since. It was decided that the website needed a revamp to bring it into line with modern responsive design. Also the use of WordPress and Woocommerce meant that Charles and his team could handle the day to day running and updating of the site.
The site incorporates a range of product pages and a shopping cart, a blog, retailer locator, extensive information about the farm and their environmental credentials.
Woocommerce provides a versatile and customisable shopping cart for your website, it facilitates, if required, complicated on-line shops with multiple product categories and a practically limitless number of products to be listed and sold. It interfaces with a number of payment gateways to provide a range of payment methods. Conversely it can also be used for relatively simple shops with only a few products.
Red Fox New Media also carried out product photography for the website. The client also uses these images in press releases, to support suppliers and for other promotional purposes.
